What files do you accept?

For the instant print quote — STL, OBJ, 3MF up to 100 MB. STEP and everything else (sketches, photos, PDF, DXF, Gerber, archives) — through the request form; we quote those manually.

How accurate is the calculator?

It estimates mass and time without a slicer, typically within ±15 % on mass. Before confirming we slice the model precisely and give the final price. The price never goes up without your consent.

What does the “preliminary estimate” do?

An assistant reviews your description and files, restates the task, asks clarifying questions and gives a price range based on our reference rates. It is not an offer: an engineer confirms price and lead time after a call.

Materials and printers

PLA and PETG on FDM printers with 220×220×250 and 420×420×480 mm build volumes. TPU, ABS/ASA, nylon on request. PCBs are made through our partners in China, assembly included.

Lead times and shipping

Printing: 2–5 business days plus shipping. PCBs: 10–18 days. CNC and mechanics: 5–10 days. Worldwide courier shipping; the cost is calculated at confirmation.

Payment

Bank transfer after the price is confirmed. For international orders payment terms are agreed individually.

What we don't make

Weapons, weapon parts and accessories (magazines, stocks, suppressors etc.) — under no circumstances.

How do I track a request?

Via the link from the confirmation or on the “Track request” page by number. Telegram clients receive status updates in chat.
